We serve all 22 Western North Carolina counties as well as the bordering TN and SC counties. Trip fees apply, please see "Our Services" page for pricing.

Photos and Floor Plans are completed within 36 hours, typically the timeline is less than 24 hours. For videos, we ask for up to 48 hours, but typically the timeline is less than 36 hours. We aim to please and can do rush jobs for an additional fee. 

This changes on a weekly basis. At some points, we are booked out 12 - 14 days out, other times, we can fit you in within a 3 - 5 days timeframe. 80% of the time, we can accommodate your preferred booking date if booked 72 hours in advance.  You can easily book online HERE.

We ask for all owners to be out of the home during the time of the appointment. Our appointments range from 1 - 3 hours, which is communicated ahead of time. Please make arrangements for this. Homes with more than 1 person inside (including the agent) are subject to a $50 fee, as it typically adds 30 minutes to the appointment.

North - Early Morning 9 - 1

East - Morning 10 -12 

West - Early Afternoon 12 - 2

South - Afternoon 1 - 4

If you are a returning client, you can use Areyo (our booking and delivery system) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are new, or just don't want to do it online, please send us an email with your next preferred date/time. 

Reschedules or cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 fee. 

Rescheduling or canceling an appointment after/as we arrive at the property carrier a $50 fee. 

In the event of rain... 

1. For Drone Work - We will reschedule for our next available date/time.
2. For Projects without Drone Work - We still do interior photos on days it is raining. However, if it is actively raining for the entirety of the shoot, we will be unable to provide exterior photos of your property that day. At our next available time, we will come back to the property to get exterior photos. This carries a trip fee, depending on the county. 
3. If you would rather postpone due to rain, it is up to you, the person who scheduled the appointment, to reschedule. If we drive out and then you'd like to cancel, we will charge a trip fee for the time. 

We do our very best to be flexible and understanding when the rain comes, as it so often does here in the mountains. As long as we all communicate and keep in touch, it will be smooth sailing! 

When you receive your materials, you will be prompted to pay via Debit/Credit card before the materials become downloadable. If you know it will be difficult to pay at the time of material delivery, please talk with us to come up with a solution!

No. If the property is not photo ready when we arrive, we will photograph the property as is or reschedule, if the agent would like. An appointment that is rescheduled after we arrive carries a $50 fee. 

Yes, we do. 4.5% sales tax is added to each order.
